Challenges
The Carmichael Residences required a façade that seamlessly complemented the project's luxurious and modern aesthetic while ensuring both durability and energy efficiency. The architects envisioned expansive glass surfaces that would not only offer breathtaking views and flood the interiors with natural light but also deliver superior thermal performance.

The project utilized a slim window series that demanded extraordinary precision in glass fabrication, with dimensional tolerances of less than 1 mm over lengths exceeding 3 meters, and an overall bow limited to less than 2 mm across these large areas. Achieving this level of precision was made possible by our advanced machinery from Germany for cutting and Finland for tempering.
