Job Purpose

The primary purpose of the role is to support the sale of company’s goods and services with all valuable customers. Taking care of customer requirement and better communication with the customers. The job will intensively involve relationship building with customers, factory production and administration for feeding customer’s requirement to the factory as well as customers also. The role also demands Customer Relations activities that supports in building stronger customer relationships. 

 

Key Accountabilities 

  1. Sales Management 
    1. Coordination / communications with customer           
    2. Correspondence with factory / production/dispatch team
    3. Conversion of all work orders  
    4. Optimizing of all work orders  
    5. Pending raw material status
    6. Making PI of customers
    7. Prompt communication with customers
    8. Maintain Day to Day schedule of orders 
    9. Reporting to Sales Manager on time to time

  2. Customer Relations Management
    1. Foster customer relations by sending timely greetings and compliments for birthdays, festivals and other special occasions.
    2. Handle customer complaints and other grievances.
    3. Maintain good repo / relation with customers

Area Sales Manager

Location : Bangalore

Description :

Qualification - Any Graduate / Diploma / Degree

Experience - 3 to 6 years

Industry - Building Construction Material Supply (Pipe & Fittings / UPVC / Ceramics / Aluminum Windows and Doors / Hardware etc.), Project Sales.

Coordinates With - Sales Coordinator, Factory Administration, Accounts Department, Customer Service Executive

Potential customers need to be approached with the aim of winning new business and existing customers need to be retained with repeat sales. The job will intensively involve relationship building, researching the market and building a customer database, and presenting the company’s products in a structured and professional way. The role also demands Customer Relations activities that support in building stronger customer relationships.

Estimator

Key Responsibilities:


  • Preparing Commercial Offers as per the Drawings & requirements of the client
  • Preparing QS & BOQ.
  • Co-ordinate with Client, Consultant & Architects along with suppliers.
  • Studying received tender documents along with drawings
  • Sending enquiries to vendors to get quotes for all the materials related to the tender scope.  
  • Preparation & submission of the revised costing, if any, based on the clients comments.
  • To check all the commercial offer & terms are in line with the final submitted offer & as per the discussions with the client. 
  • To coordinate with the design team to ensure all the material is in line with the estimated budget.
  • Follow up with client to receive the amended Work Order.


Import Co-Ordinator

Location : HO - Prabhadevi West, Mumbai

Job Designation: Import/Procurement/document Co-ordinator 

Location: Head Office (Prabhadevi)

Experience: 3yrs +

Requirement: Good communication skill


Job Description:

    Preparing sample orders in the ERP system and ensuring sample cost

    Preparing PO for shipments preparing are MES cost reports

    Reviewing import documents and other shipping documents

    Reviewing domestic/international orders to ensure that they are complete and accurate before passing them along to the next step in the process

    Determining shipping needs based on the type of product being shipped and the location where it will be delivered

    Coordinating with shipping companies /Courier companies to arrange for the pickup and delivery of goods

    Scheduling shipment dates and times to meet deadlines

    Communicating with customers to arrange for shipping details such as pickup times, shipping method, delivery date, and any special requirements

    Coordination with the factory for arranging samples and dispatching to international customers

    Coordinating with courier, vendor, and shipping companies to ensure a smooth procurement process

    1. Float every new project information/details from all areas and give details in the sales group
    2. Follow up for dispatches and further offloading glasses at the site 
    3. Timely collection of any delivery challans, payment, and other project-related documents, etc. 
    4. Follow up for samples with coordination QC, dispatch team, and timely delivery of it 
    5. Ensure all mock-up glasses should reach the site on the given time
    6. Generate new inquiries by traveling on the field and update them to Sales Manager
    7. Achieve monthly sales target
