software modules. Special vacuum devices allow handling
of soft-coat Low-E glass with ease.
5. Our sophisticated tempering machine is
equipped with the most technologically advanced convection
heating system available today. It is capable of processing
high-performance double-silver low-E coatings.
6. Our flat-and-bend tempered glass machinery
is currently one of the largest in India capable of
outputting 2440mm X 5200mm flat-tempered and 2440mm
X 3660mm bend-tempered glass.
7. Sophisticated Insulating Line capable
of processing large panel sizes upto 2440mm x 3300mm.
Auto-bending of spacers & auto-desiccant filling
ensures excellent insulation quality.
8. Fully automated Lamination Line
designed for high productivity & special glasses.
Capable of processing laminates upto 80mm thickness
& maximum size of 2500mm x 5000mm
